How much does a website cost?

Well- There are a few separate cost elements involved when having a website developed & also after it’s up and running.

Website set-up costs

The first is a minor cost is for the registration of your domain (Eg. yourbusinessname.co.uk)- if you don’t already have one. You then need some space on the internet to store your website- this space is referred to as ‘Web hosting’.

In most cases, when you hire us to develop a website for you, you will usually receive the following for FREE:

Domain registration, valid for 2 years (Saving you typically between £6-£20)
Web-hosting for the 1st year (Saving you an estimated £120)

Website design costs

Once you have a domain and web-hosting, you then have the website design & development costs. This can vary, depending on many different factors such as-

How many pages you need
Which type of website you require
Do you have your own text content & images
…and so on.

Websites from us start from just £99. All websites coasting £150+ require a 50% deposit to be paid before development of the site will begin. Once the website’s complete, ready to launch, & you’re happy with things- you’d then be required to pay the remaining balance.

Ongoing website costs

Once the website’s up & running (as mentioned above, in most instances you will have received 1 years FREE web hosting and a FREE 2 year domain); you will have nothing more to pay. After your freebies have expired, you’d then be faced with the following options:

Renew your domain for another 2 years (usually) at a cost of between £6-£20
Enter a web-hosting plan with us. Costs vary, but typically cost £10 per month. Discounts are available if paying in advance. You’d be under no contract with TS-WebCreations so if you wish to at this point, you can seek hosting with another company… many website design & development companies will catch you out on is- we don’t!
