Tumblr website off-line for a whole day
Tumblr.com has been off-line since Sunday, taking it to a now-nearing 24 hours and counting; spelling trouble for all who are seeking their daily blogging fix. Currently, the website is showing the following message:
We'll be back shortly.
We're working quickly to recover from an issue in one of our database clusters.
We're incredibly sorry for the inconvenience.
Although earlier today they had a much more professional approach to getting their message across to it’s fans (As seen in the screenshot below)- this was mirroring TumblR’s latest tweets on Twitter.
On Sunday- the beginning of their website troubles, their website was showing this message:
You can keep upto date with the latest ongoings from Tumblr by following them on Twitter, where they have recently updated their unhappy fans with this latest tweet-
“This has been a slow and painful recovery, but we’re almost through. We’ll have more info to share as soon as we can post to our blog again.”
Let’s hope they can pick themselves back up sometime soon.
